On most days my house looks like this...
Dishes to be done, laundry to fold, bottles to be washed.
I can't always be on top of it and I can't always get it all done.
I'm learning to live with the mess.
My house can't be perfect everyday although I would like it to be.
So I look for the things around the house that make me smile and forget about the mess, for at least a couple of minutes.
A clean fridge stocked full.
A bowl full of lemons.
The best smelling candle ever.
The current book I am reading.
The mess can wait.
Because really I would much rather be playing with boys, eating, or reading instead of folding the laundry.
Wouldn't you?

this was such a cute post! I love the Volcano candle. it's my favorite, too! I used to get them a lot more than I do now when I had my discount, but I still get them because they're just the best smelling candles EVER.
I wish every mom with little people at home could read this post!! It's all about the priorities!! Oh...and the previous post about the "pic-mick"...priceless!!! Ahhhh..So Cal!! :)
